Bulk packed without individual boxes. I can only imagine what kind of shape these are in. I'll bet that most of them have cracked porcelain and bent electrodes.

Bulk pack sometimes comes in styrofoam "pallets" with each plug in an individual hole. Bulk pack is used for shops or garages so they can skip the individual boxes. That is how they come a lot of times when you buy in bulk. I bought about 400 plugs from a shop going out of business and they were all in the little pallet packs. Good deal on these, wish I could spare the $.
