Has anyone had to turn there gain all the way up to 35 to get there boost to hold steady for anything 20 psi and over? Could it be possible that my solenoid is bad? Thanks

Had many problems in the past with Greddy products leaking in the past. Go with HKS or Tial. Bleeding off boost might be the problem check it out.

Well my boost was fluctuating up and down after my new elbow, but with my gain at 35% it holds steady, I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen. Thanks

With a setting of 50 and gain of 15 mine nets a rock solid 22 #'s

I don't recall ever having my gain ever set over 20 - boost is always consistant.

Do you have a Hd actuator? I have mine so when my boost controller is off I get 16psi. To hit 20 psi I have settings of 60% and 35 gain. I wonder if I should tighten the actuator a little?

Yes, HD actuator. I have mine loose enough to just have tension on it.
Yeh, its about 17 psi with the controller off.

My settings were about the same- always rock solid, without spike.

Took it off, and went MAFT pro...anybody need a Greddy?

With my stock turbo the "set boost" is set at 58% and the "gain" is at 17% and it holds real steady at 21psi.

What is the "start boost" set at?

What happens when the gain is set lower does the boost spike or slowly rise as rpm's increase?
