Green Smiley Face

What is the Green Smiley Face chip?....(I posted in Chips 101 but no one looks there). Anyways....who made this and is it any good? I have absolutely no idea of its parameters, came with the car. Could it cause my start up RPM to scream high and them come down? Good replacement? thanks in advance. Couldn't wait for replies in the 101.

I think back in the day JayC used smiley faces- the two I have from him now are labeled S and R for street and race.

I don't know the parameters, but it is old tech. Your car will run much better with a Turbo Tweak chip. You will be much happier. Guaranteed!
