It would have been great if you would have given me more than 4 minutes from the time you sent me a PM and the time you posted these pics with no explanation to respond to this problem. Clearly this has been damaged in shipping. The shipping guy at my work shipped them DHL. I will take care of the claim with them and I will refund your $45 which is the full price of the pair of door panels right now. Check your PayPal.

Sorry for the hassle, but again a reasonable amount of time to fix this would have been appropriate.

I didn't mean for it to come out like that...I didn't think you could put pictures on a pm....I knew you would want to see the pics so I put them here were I knew it would work....Please understand it wasn't to make you look bad at all...I know you didn't send these broke and I even said so in the pm...I should have sent these to your email...My fault there..I just wasn't thinking...Im not upset at all and you didn't have to refund that quick...I was willing to do some dirty work with dhl....So everyone knows....I got a set of seat belts from this guy and they were awsome and for a great deal...Hes an honest seller and the only reason I didnt write anything in the thread was because I pmed you the info but for everyone else to see now it was not the fault of tspool...just wanted him to see pics....Please understand and im sorry...WOW, your good, I got broke door panels and Im appologizing to you.....Tim

It's all good Tim. Thanks for understanding where I was coming from. 99% of the time I ship UPS or USPS priority, but from now on I won't be using DHL at all - lesson learned
