Grudges

I recently have been made aware of lots and lots of grudges within the turbo buick community. I find it sad and dissapointing that we all cannot get along.I understand you may have bought a part that was faulty or payed a few bucks more than the next guy,or maybe you thought your car was faster than someone elses. Maybe it is deeper than that.Maybe someone called you out or said some mean **** about your family life. Well get over it guys. I hear some people are not attending events because so n so will be there and whatever.
The way I see it is my 2 daughters are 5 & 6 they act like I have heard some of you 40+ somethings. We all have something in common,We have a passion for turbo cars and cars in general.If someone has pissed you off or maybe even you had a fight in the past I CHALLENGE YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Lets see if any of you are man/woman enough to say your sorry and burrie the hatchet so to speak. You dont have to go to there house for dinner but at least make **** right so if one day you just happen to need them they are there for you.
I find it really funny that the good majority of us all love these cars and this is a hobby and a passion,but a handfull of us cannot get along as friends. I am always here to help in any way I can with anything.Would you do the same if anyone came asking you for help? It just pissed me off to hear that some of you old farts act like my two daughters or worse like teenage girls on the rag. now shape up and say your sorry. (sorry for any spelling errors)

I agree, I have certainly had thoughts about getting rid of my Buick because I would rather race with friends. If that means leaving my beloved Buicks..So be it.

I can understand your trying to make things better, but some things should just be left alone. Getting even is not my thing for two reason.
1. When you make your move to get even, they may feel you've gotten the 1 up on them. Now they want to get even, but you count 1-2.
2. Me intentionally doing someone wrong does not make me feel better.

I have remained calm and laughed it off after being falsely accused, cheated, overcharged, and called names behind my back. People have taken advantage of me in terms of kindness, ability, knowledge and lied on. I have had people try to convince me that they were right to do, say, or feel I should give them something when I knew without a doubt it was bull.

I extend a helping had to many and its has a fair share of unbelieveable bite marks. I refer to them as unbelievable bite marks because God has covered them up so well for me . When I tell people of the circumstances behind the bite...they look at me in disbelief. A lot of the locals here know me and see I never look to take advantage of others since I believe in karma. I keep meeting super cool guys and girls around the car scene and don't dwell on the ones that have ticked me off in the past. They are not helping me in any way so I don't let them hinder my progress in life.

I'm sure some of you can relate. I love to see people getting along but understanding why some can't at a given time is accepted also.
