i have a gtq 76 turbo with a .63 housing, how much differance can be expected with a .85 housing? ed z

Stick with the housing you have otherwise you will have to change your on line fueling to get it to boost up properly.
I.M.O. i do not think you will see a gain on a 231 motor with the larger housing.

with the .63 your spool up should be pretty quick. The .85 might take away very little grunt on the low end but flow like gang busters on the big end. What size motor?
