how much power can a gtq 76 make on a girdled stock block,steel crank 3 1/2 terry houston with all the supporting hard ware?

A 70GTQ can make enough power for 10.0s to 9.70s(3500-3600 lbs) with the supporting engine hardware, suspension ect.. This is a attainable goal with out a super expensive motor.The 76 GTQ is not rated for much more power than the 70, I think just 100 or so more HP.
