That aluminum is just a pain to weld... years of oil and grease contamination make it alot harder then it needs to be.... plus the fact the aluminum is cast of soda can qulity aluminum dont help any...
 
Well its 90 percent done .keep looking at it and trying to nit pick on things .I guess I need to seal it up soon cuase reed will have my turbo back to me any day now....give me some input fellas how's it look.

looks great..........when it done i would give it a flow test and see what the max flow is and then test the flow on each runner to see how each one flows ..

Bake it in the over at 500* for 5 hours. It will burn all the oil and shit out of the porous surface.
 
ill try that bison,its going to be sandblasted then powder coated black and i will hand polish the top should look good .thanks guys :) and i dont have the bench to flow ,it be nice, i have a injecter bench
