I was just wondering if any of you guys have used/tried the H&R power plate? Were the results in performance good/bad or indifferent?

Part #7200

Is it a good idea, bad idea, jury is still out on this one?

Thanks for your input.

That is the RJC power plate. Do a search for "power plate" and you will find many discussions on it. I have one and it works for me.

At the risk of sound silly, works in what way? Better overall performance? Better driveability? What changes did you notice in the way the car drove?

Thanks

Quick explaination is that it prevents the 5&6 cylinders from running lean, which is the result of the stock plenum design, which means you can run boost with less knock. Or at least get optimum power from all cyinders before detination instead of just the back two. Do the search, you'll get a TON of info.
