Had a little rain last night........

Area's of our county received up to 11" of rain last night, hail and a couple tornado's with more maybe tonight Gotta love Kansas Weather:biggrin:

Can you imagine the wall of water that went thru the camping site in Ark!!
They said the river stage was just over 3 ' when the rain began, and 8 hrs later was right at 24'!!
No cell communications there.. Those poor folks didn't stand a chance....

Yes those poor folks.... Unbelieveable what happened.

North Central Kansas... Right down hiway 36 3 hours west of St Joe.

Exactly 1/2 way between KC and Denver on the Kansas/Nebraska border.

I left KC yesterday at 4:30 to head home and it was humid as **** in KC.

man thats crazy! We are under a flood watch here in the pan handle of Nebraska working a hail storm in Scottsbluff. Its hailed on us 2 times since we have been here!

Kansas..... had a funnel cloud go right over the top of us and turn in to a nice little twister that touched down about a quarter mile away when i was stationed at Ft Riley. Luckly no one was in the way of that one. That was definatley interesting to say the least.
