Your creator knows a thing or two I'd say that's worth celebrating too.
I highly suggest you take a few days out of your busy life and read Mathew,Mark,Luke,and John. I guarantee those will be some of the most important days of your life as you read the word of God. I nor Anybody else can save you, but at least bring you to the foot of the cross. You are in my prayers.

Powertechn2-robzombie said it well. It's not a religion but a relationship. To the unlearned, a relationship w/ the Lord seems lika a religious exercise, but it really isn't. It's actually a way of life. Imagine yourself falling in love w/a young lady, you would do what is necessary to win her hand in marriage. Learn the things she likes and dislikes. Try to understand her ways so you might be able to be accepted by her. The bible is His love letter to mankind. It's also the manual, like our buick manual, it's used to fix our ills and give us understanding as to why we do the things we do. Good, bad or otherwise.
If your grandfather understands these things, he is truely a blessed man and he knows it. He just has to translate these things to you. If not, then maybe you can learn and translate them to him. He will bless you for it. My grand father hated God due to events in his life and he ws 94. It took my wife and I almost a year to convince him to give God a chance to reveal Himself to him. My grandfather came around only a month before he passed. It's never too late as long as there is breath in us.Like Bo, I'll be praying you make he right decission. God Bless to all that read this.
