My GN will start right up when cold. Even after sitting for weeks.
Once I drive somewhere and the car sits for a little it then cranks for a while and then finally starts but it starts like its a carbed car with a messed up choke. Its almost as if i have to give it gas but i dont and then it comes up to proper idle.
The cars drives 100% cruising and wot.

What could be the cause?
I have a TT Chip.

Thanks!
Chris

Had the same thing happen to me in another '87 GM car. I'd have to let it cool off,or else it would just crank most of the time. If it did manage to start hot,it would have to clear up.

This was intermittent, and always at the wrong time!

Cold starts,no problem.

It turned out to be the ignition module.
