Anyone bought or made one of these? To secure shoulder harness to.

Have you checked out the Schroth Rallye 4 harness? Scot W and I have them and you don't need the harness bar. It bolts to the factory seat belt points and works great. Just an option!

Not much information here Conrad?

If you have a roll bar which is required for 11.50 and faster, the shoulder harness must be fastened to the back bar by a bolt and we normally weld a tab for this attachment.

Bolting them to the floor or stock seat belt bolts is not allowed by NHRA.

Mike, I will check it out! Thanks for the tip.

True, but I think he's more interested in SCCA.

Right. My car will likely never see a drag strip.

i've read that you don't want to run an aftermarket harness and a harness bar unless you at least run a roll bar.. the theory is that the oem seatbelt lets you fall in toward the middle of the car and avoid getting smushed if you roll over and the roof collapses, whereas the aftermarket harness holds you in place and your head and neck become crumple zones. some sanctioning bodies specifically state that you have to run a roll bar if you have an aftermarket harness, SCCA i think being one of them.
