I called Holly to order an AMS-500 for a project I've got going. She immediately told me about another customer of theirs who had one that had never been used he needed to sell and that she would call me back. Within about 15 min, I got a call from Randy and we helped each other out - I got an AMS-500 - he got rid of one!
Point is, she talked herself out of a sale when she didn't have to just to help us both out. Being a professional in retail myself, I can tell you this is truly putting the customer first. I was impressed. Good folks - great vendor - they will have my business in the future whenever possible.
