We took our GN to the track this Saturday. The GN has only been down the track a couple of times in its life - we have a strip only T for such duty.
Anyway, we'd put one of Razor's kits on it earlier this summer and wanted to get an idea of how fast the car was. The purpose of the kit was to spare us from having to buy 100 octane at $4.49 or so a gallon (we were going broke) and to make sure the car would handle your average camarocorvettefirebirdmustang street drone. The car felt plenty fast on the street, but who knows.
OK, so we fill up with Mobil 93, top off the methanol, bolt on a set of worn out slicks, do a minimal burnout, and tighten the driveline. We're off and the car makes 22 PSI with no knock whatsoever and runs 12.22.
That oughta handle the drones.
