Have you ever seen one of these?

My father acquired this back in 1987 or 1988 when the dealership was throwing it out. It is now hanging on the wall in our shop where it gets a few looks when we have it powered on. The display has a light in it and little belt driven contraption to make it appear as though the display is actually moving. I shot this video really quick as I was hoping to email to a friend. File size was too big anyway. Let me know if you find this interesting and would like more details. I can shoot more vide our take some good pictures if you like. Be prepared to pause the video if you want to read the display.

He bought his 87 TR when it was about 6 months old. I grew up in that car and became addicted young. I now have my own 87 Grand National and we are both Buick fans!

Lol ignore the background music. I was showing a friend the display while we were using the shop for a Christmas wreath making party that my wife puts on every year

Wow! That shows a 4 bolt turbo and roller lifters. I wonder if that was ever part of the plan.

This was not just for the turbo engines. It was for other Buick applications as well which is why you see the roller lifters. Good catch on the turbo I myself had not noticed that. Probably just artist mistake lol
Also notice the multi port injection vs the sequential fuel injection in our cars.
