In looking over the above comments all good advice as for title it may show as a Regal but VIN number removes all doubt as to what the car really is.

While insurance companies come up with a figure remember they are in business to make money which means to pay out as little as possible. Granted you can sit tight and see what they offer and perhaps they will hit on a number that satisfies you, i f not then you need someone in your corner.

In my travels I have only totalled one vehicle int he last 15-20 years, insurance company was allstate and believe it or not they gave me more than I paid for the used 2000 Dodge Dakota. turned out the way it was equipped and how nice it was played in my favor.

So in conclusion be prepared for anything.....

if it were me i would fix it. right now look's like it's all over the frame. bust the nose off it and look for any frame damage at the control arm. just look's bad with all that mangled metal on it. but on the other hand if it's a rusty turd to start with then bust it up for parts . doesnt look all that bad to me. good luck with what ever you do
