It's an extremely informative video designed to detail the importance of the bills themselves, and the different phases, construction, & design of the new World Class Facility to be built if the bills pass.
This is basically a sample of exactly what we'll be getting for Oahu, if we all step up to the plate and throw our weight behind the new motorsports facility.
