HD actuator??

Hey guys, running my car with the HD actuator, with a hose from the compressor housing right to the actuator I can't keep boost under 20 psi! Is this normal? Any ideas how to keep it under better control?

Have you ported the wastegate hole? My car was acting like that when I first installed my 6262. The boost wouldn't go below 23 psi. I ported it and now the boost stays steady at 17 psi with my HD actuator turned all the way down.
