Head Gaskets

What head gaskets are recommended for our TTA's. I decided to freshen up the engine in ole # 1001 and am replacing the cam, rings, lifters, springs, pushrods and rebuilding the heads. I bought most of the parts from Johns Performance. Just need to know what head gasket to use. I will wait to hear Grumpy chime in. My nipples are hard just thinking about it(the car not Grumpy)Thanks guys, AJ
