Headlight adjustment

Hello, my right side headlight is pointing low. I adjusted it with the adjustment screws but it doesnt seem to stay. If I hit a bump in the road it goes back to the original position. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Either the return spring is broken or the nylon insert for the adjusting screw is stripped. Take the headlight bezel off and take a look.

Sometimes it’s easy just undo the four screws holding the headlight trim on. See it the spring is hooked up to the back part. Make sure the adjusting screws are attaching to the headlight basket. They sit in like a cup on them. Sometimes you have to take the basket out and straighten the tabs so the adjusting screws sit on them better.
