Whats the best way to fix my small prob.
My headliner is in great shape except above the driver side window directly above my head the fabric is separating from the foam. I think some high humidity caused this. I don't want to replace the whole headliner. Can i just take the trim off and spray in some adhesive and stick it back up? Its an area about 16 x 6 " in total. Help guys !!

You can use 3M super 74, works great, but in no time the rest is going to fall down. Mines just recently started sagging, months went by them more started to sagg. I would start to have it redone because when ot gets really bad it gets messy. That foam between the material and the headlines is very sticky and when it gets really bad its going to fall all over your interior, try cleaning its a pain. Trust me I know because it happen to me.

Also note that becareful the headliner is made out of foam.

I tried that with mine and I wound up just doing the whole thing anyway. Once the foam starts to go it is tough to glue.

Is the 3M super 74 safe for use directly on the foam. And how do i get the side trim piece off.??

It won't hold up. You'll have to re-do the whole headliner to do it right. It is not very hard at all, and the results will be worth the effort. The material is $10 a yard at Joanne Fabrics. Just make sure you remove all the old foam with a wire brush or equivalent.

Pull the headliner out. Take it to a upholstery shop and they'll make it look new for not too many CDN Pesos ;)
Mine was $40 and looks fab, I re and re'd it.
