I can't get my heater to blow out of the vents in the dash, it only blows out by my feet and on the windshield. Also it isn't very hot and when I pull the vaccumm line off the heater valve there isn't any sucking at all 
. This is a 86 Gn with electronic climate control. Where do I start?
