Help! Car can't accelerate!

Just stepped on the gas pedel and heard a snap. Giving it gas does nothing, so I checked under the hood and sure enough, the metal cable somehow came off the throttle. This is easy to fix, sure, but only if you have the right parts and know where everything goes. So, what do I need to buy to reattach it, and how? Anyone have a diagram?

Did the cable break, or just come off the linkage? If it broke I would think you'd need a new, or good used cable. Several people up here have them. Just post an ad in the "parts wanted" section. Shouldn't be much.

It didn't snap, just came off the linkage.
