Bad? no...confused, maybe. I run mine at zero BUT, I also run a MaxEffort chip and they are a different animal compared to others...
I'd try to get it up a bit...typical "ideal" is 20 to 25, fully warm at idle in park/neutral.

Adjust the IAC small increments at a time. You don't turn it one whole turn each adjustment!! No wonder it's all whacked. 
Shoot for 20-35 in DRIVE while motor is HOT, like after driving some.
Reset the TPS a little low, like to around .38-.40 after setting IAC counts as it will mess with the TPS adjustent.
You can't run the stock chip with those injectors and you shouldn't even try to test this way as it will be dumping wayyyy to much fuel to draw ANY conclusions.
Keep knock under 3* MAX! Sneak up on the tune slowly.
Tip in stumble is better with some chips than others when using those injectors. But.. which 42.5 injectors are they, Bosch or Lucas(009's)?? If those are the 009/42.5# injectors then try a Jim Testa chip if you didn't already. He has those down pat.
