Help! Need Advice for chip

ok heres the combo, .020 block, stock heads(some porting), 212-224 roller cam, lifters, rockers, 62mm TB, ported intake, TE45A turbo, 72lbs injectors, 3"dp with tial 44mm external gate(20psi spring), front mount. My question is who has the best chips for these cars, or what is my best solution for tuning this beast once i get it running. I dont have the money for stand alone. I need something that will cost effective and tunable.
