I have an 87 GN. I HAVE TE44C TURBO ,42# ,INJECTORS 3' DOWN PIPE, 2.5 HOOKER EXHAUST,TURBO TWEEKER 5.7V CHIP, REZ ALCOHOL SYSTEM , 3.5 MAS AIRFLOW WITH TRANSLATOR. ACCUFAB 65MM THROTTLE BODY WITH PLENUM, I RECENTLY GOT RJC RACE PVC VALVE, BECAUSE I WAS GETTING BLOW BACK. IT FIXED IT BUT NOW I'M GETTING KNOCK AT LIKE 4LBS OF BOOST WHEN I DIDN'T BEFORE. I WONDERING IF MY MOTOR IS MESSED UP INTERNALLY NOW. I am trying to tune but don't know how. i been reading and reading and don't understand what to do. before i was getting knock around 10lbs of boost. what should i set my fuel pressure at and my TPS sensor.

Blms are really high...need to get them down.

What does your cc #s do?

Dont know about your knock, maybe it's false, maybe not, but... I see two glaring issues!! Your IAC and TPS are both way out of whack, which would explain your high idle rpm also.
Your IAC is at zero and the throttle stop screw is turned so far in that it has forced the IAC to zero and forced the idle up to over 1,000. You need to back the throttel stop screw back out far enough to get your idle down and bring the IAC up to somewhere in the 20-30 range. Backing the screw out will accomplish this, but do it in one or two turn incraments and watch the result between each revolution.!!!!!

Once that's done, check the TPS value and adjust as needed. Should read .40-.42 key on engine off.

You may have to move back and forth between IAC and TPS to get them right.
 
I HAD GOT MY INTAKE FROM CHAMPION A WHILE BACK, WHEN I WAS GETTING MOTOR PARTS .
I SENT MINE IN AND THEY SENT ME A CNC ONE. WELL THE OTHER DAY IT MUST OF CRACKED A LITTLE HOLE IN IT. I NEVER BOOSTED OVER 8LBS. DONT KNOW MUST OF HAD A WEAK SPOT FROM THE CNC THEY DID OR THIN SPOT. NOW I NEED TO FIND A NEW MANIFOLD ASAP. THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU FRO YOUR HELP. I HOPE ONCE ITS FIXED THE KNOCK WILL BEB BACK TO 00. HOPE THIS IS THE ISSUE...

Lol not yelling been a while forgot in the computer forum world thats yelling. I want to weld it, but its in the small space between the EGR and the front intake shoot. i don't know what there called.
I bought it from champion a while ago and never used it until now. Im wondering if it was already weak or thin in that spot.
 
Have the EGR boss milled down and weld that closed too.
