HELP! PLEASE? Hot trans erratic shifts?

Thanks for any suggestions. Trans shifts fine until it warms up? Can anyone point me in the right direction? It's a 2004R. After it warms up, doesn't want to down shift, even stalled once after complete stop. Once it starts going again, shifts early or late?
