HELP!!POS/NEG on SPKRS??

What is the method for determining the positive and negative wires on the stock speakers???
The Pioneer stereo going in has + and - called out by colors, and I assume they need to be spliced into the coprresponding wires on the OEM harness. ????
I looked at the Shop manual.. only shows a color code and no polarity called out....

HELP!!

Right rear + = Blue/Yellow stripe
Right rear - = Lt. Blue/Yellow stripe

Left rear + = Brown/Yellow stripe
Left rear - = Yellow

Right front + = Lt. Green
Right front - = Dk. Green

Left front + = Tan
Left front - = Grey

Grey = Lamp
Black = ground
Pink = Antenna
Yellow = + 12 Volts
