Help trying to set my fuel pressure

Ok folks trying to set my fuel pressure.Using a otc2000 and i also have direct scan.What readings do I use to get the fuel pressure correct.O2 volts,Integrator count,block learn muliplyer etc.The problem I am having is that when I try to set it using the integrator or block learn mutiplyer it throws off mt O2 volts.Tps is .40 and iac is within limits.What should I use I am running a reds 93 chip. and you can see all the rest by looking at my sig. Set it so your WOT O2's are correct and BLM's aren't bottomed out or maxed out. If they aren't pegged either way the ECM is still able to do it's job. Red's chips tend to run rich (low BLM #'s). If you want them both exact you might need your chip tweaked a little bit. Usually the chip you get is ball parked but might not be exact since all cars differ some. All you need to do is send Red your information and some DS files for him to look at.
