Help understanding tuner pro files from Dyno run

A friend of mine was on the Dyno 2 weeks ago with his GN. He has a Gen 2 with a Wideband so I hooked up my laptop running TunerPro RT so we could collect as much data as possible. It's kind of confusing trying to figure out what's going on, so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great. The files are attached. What I have seen when I look at them is that for the first 3 runs the closed loop correction was pulling out fuel. It pulled out 10.16 % exactly on the the first 3 runs. Then for the last 2 runs it is dumping in the max fuel that it can, 25%,

and the desired A/F ratio of 10.8 is never achieved while at WOT. I also noticed that the TPS volts never reach the 4.7v range. Thanks for any help.
