I got everything back together tonight and fired it up. Man does it sound sick. You can really hear the turbo wind up and downspool. I hate that I am going to have to connect it back up and make it quite again. I went and barely drove it around my neighborhood tonight and it seemed like it was slow to spool up. Is that normal with it being open exhaust right now? I also think I may have a small exhaust leak where the DP meets the exhaust housing so that may be part of it as well. Also when I would let off it sounded like a pretty loud fluttering which I had never heard on my car, just a modded intercooled car that I drove once. Is that just something I dont normally hear with the exhaust hooked up or is it something else. Thanks again
Dusty

glad you got it taken care of. let us know if it does spool slower. find out for sure before we start trouble shooting

I think before I go out and see if its boosting right I am going to get the exhaust plumbed up so it isnt as loud as Im sure my neighbors dont want to hear it. Is the fluttering noise I heard last night normal? Thanks again Dusty

yes its normal. you just hear it more with a good down pipe.

I did go and drive it and it does seem to boost slower. Im not sure if it really is as I didnt drive it much or if Im just trying to keep it quiet?
