dont say there are no fast 305's.i believe the fastest 3rd gen 305 ran in the 9's with megga procharge boost and an ltr setup,but keep in mnd this car was a track only car,lightened,in other words full race setup.i'm a believer in the boosted v6,but wth money a 265 cu.in. chevy can run 10's(well maybe not in a 4500 lb. land yacht of a truck).hold on,i'll continue my post just gotta go put on my waders it's getting deep in here.....................................
