High O2's

My O2 voltage at WOT starts off at 980's and starts working its way down. At the end of the quarter they are around 800.

I'm using WINALDL. My OTC shows they are in the high 890 and end up around 800.

I'm not sure which to believe.

I'm at 16 lbs boost and line off is 46. 93 octane. PTE 93 chip, blue top injectors.

Any help would be appreciated.
