What kind of board could I use?

I already have the GM gray material that I bought from BGC a few years back.

How can I attach the panels?-I know I can use the taillight nuts for the one piece.

Try Automotive Custom Carpets. Somewhere in Alabama.Dont know the web address. They have the paneling listed in their catalog. The original was kind of a heavy cardboard. Just like the small black one you already have. The side and front panels were just slip fitted from the factory. A real tight fit. After you took them out a couple of times you would have to use some velcro to hold them up. The rear was just bare material glued to the body. Right over the tail lamp nuts and everything. Dont forget the factory also glue material to the trunk lid hinge supports.

Does anybody have any pics of one going in thier trunk?

Maybe some close ups?

Here is pics of mine that I did 5+ years ago, I built it around my audio equipment. You can do a similar set up minus all of the audio equipment.
