Hood emblem positioning?

Need the correct measurement specs for proper hood emblem positioning on an 87 GN. Thanks

The ones on the bulge are centered vertically and horizontally

Many years ago I saw a spec that measured from the back of either the blister or the hood edge. One of mine is to far forward or back depending.

8 inches from the hood edge and 13 inches from the hood line there is pics on gnttype.
