Hooker catback install question

Just bought a used Hooker catback from a forum member (thanks Marshall). I see it bolts to the stock cat in front, and at the rear there's the tailpipe hangers, but is there anything in-between that it is supposed to attach to? It seems pretty hefty to just be hanging out like that.

you can strap the mufflers at the outlets to the thin frame cross braces using a L type muffler strap (lipped under the clamp) and some 1/4" bolts
and you should have the cat converter hanger that runs above the transmission mount
