Horn!!!

I have the factory securtiy system installed. I made the mistake of haveing it go off on me and the only way for me to get the horn to stop was to pull the battery cable. Now I am unable to get the horn to work at all. I hooked up a volt meter to test voltage when the horn button is pushed and got none. I also checked the fuse but could not find one for the horn. My question is; what else could I check, or did the horn just go kaput? What is usually done to reset the security alarm?
