Hey Tony , I have a adapter that has a small chip out of it on the top lip where O ring lies. I never had any problem with it in the 6 year's it was in car. $10.00 include's shipping. Hal

I just bought new o-rings for that adapter through limit engineering, I think they might have the adapter also. Hope that helps.
