Currently 109* on the back porch... And, that's in total shade!
Saw a post on YB about the race in Reynolds..Track temp 147*!!

Come visit here for a while Chuck. The front porch gets over 120 and pegs the thermometer. I've been thinking about getting one of those misting systems to use during the hotest part of the day to help cool things off a little but haven't decided on which one to get.

With track temps that high they should only be racing at night! I have never understood why they have these big races or even track rentals in the dead of the summer during the day. At least have the sense to make it during the night so the fans as well as the racers can have a better time.

Tuesday was 105*, Wednesday hit 112*, Thursday 107*, Friday 109*...Today will cool off to 102*...Looks like 100+ through next Saturday here. Record heat already and not even July yet. Sure dont want to do any work with the car in this heat.

Track temp was 155 late yesterday afternoon.

105 is as high as I've saw it so far here. 21% Humidity so I feel the heat on my face.......like someone pointing a hair dryer at you. But it's more tolerable than 98 with 75% humidity like I'm used to. Feels like you can't breath when the humidity gets up.

Can't imagine what it's like there, today...

Back porch now showing 111*...It started at 6:30 this am, @ 76*!
Was still 87* @ 10pm, last night....This is NUTZ!

Right now it's pretty nice. About 90 with 40% humidity and a 20 mph wind. What you might want to do is get a misting system Chuck. Got one the other day at tractor supply and it helps cool the outside of the house down so it keeps the electricity down as well. In 100 degree weather it drops the the temp very nicely but it works better where the humidity is lower.:)

Currently 98* with 36% humidity and 3mph breeze...going to 104* today.

I guess I'm not gonna complain after reading what you guys are dealing with

I'll complain too...went to a wedding yesterday...and the air conditioning had gone out in the building. It. Sucked. lol

Well you're so hot the room would need a refridgeration unit to keep cool.;)

Charlie theres a little brown spots on your nose.....

Lambe!

hell for once, im not complaining! 102* weather without a drop of humidity makes my Swamp Cooler work good!
