Are you measuring engine coolant temp, oil temp? I'm guessing not trans temp but the engine temp will affect that if you run the trans fluid through the radiator(and you should even if you have an aftermarket cooler too)
Your thermostat, climate, front mount I-cooler, what coolant and additives you use all affect temps.
