im in the mddle of re-routing my hotwire kit throught to passenger compartment. ive got the back seats out and behind that cloth insulating stuff and that black garbage bag like material there is space behind the seat to route the wire kit but this metal has straight edges and looks like it would cut through the wire and wire casing pretty easily. anyone got theirs routed like this or another way. i looked at the bundle of wires that goes along the drivers side door panel and into the trunk. how hard is it to route the kit through there? finally, is there an existing hole by the powermaster master cylinder large enough to fit the hot wire kit through? im running the racetronix hotwire kit

I have the Racetronix Kit and ran the whole thing under the car. I have my amplifier and speaker wires running along in between the bottom of the back seat and the wall. There is a little space in there where you can get to the trunk and there is no sharp edges. Sorry I cant describe it better but its been a while

The hotwire kit I have run through the frame wherever possible, and then zip tied behind the back bumper

I drove a Phillips screwdriver through the speedo cable grommet and brought it into the pass compartment that way. I think if you look in the backseat area, you'll see a way to route it through the quarter panel, not through the backseat holes. Take a look down at the base of where the seatbelts attach or follow the wires that go under the sill plate. It's wide open in the quarter panels.

I ran my hotwire thru the inside, in the rectangular plastic conduit that runs along the sill plate and followed the other wires into the trunk. I mounted the relay back there where the other wires plug together. Drilled a hole next to the other wires going out of the trunk to the pump. Put a piece of fuel line around it so it doesn't get cut . Just a little tip; I cut the power wire that turns on the relay, ran a couple wires to a rocker switch that I installed in the platic side panel that is next to the seat so you can disable the fuel pump. Slide hand next to seat to turn pump on and off when you get in and out, A little extra insurance your car doesn't walk off on its own.
