Do you mean thier 8% is increased if you are on TV, or its another flat rate? I always figured (aka guessed wrong) if you were on it was just dumb luck, or what you deserve for having a hot car.

mon thru wed is one rate.......

thurs thru sun has additional fees added.
I sold there few yrs back, was $400 listing fee, (mon thru wed) plus 8%, plus paper work fees, plus notary fees, plus reserve fees.
on a $88,000 sale, they got $16,000.
now no reserve, and listing fee has increased, plus % has increased,
and thurs -sun is added cost, (not sure how much) and fri eve, sat day, sun day, are all additional fees. because its premuim time.
these guys, (owners, and managers) have their own private helicopters!!!
you think there in this for fun??

I think its crazy to pay 18%+, However, I also in the same breath would say I wish I thought of it first!!
