How do you insert a picture?

O.K. I give up, how do you insert a picture into your post, I see the "IMG" button but I don't understand what the pop up window means about "enter the text to be formatted" any Guru's out there wanna help? - BB

That board feature has been shut down as it was too hard on the resources. You'll need to host your picture on a Web site and provide a link to it in your post.
