How Do You Remove.....

The exhaust housing? I took the turbo off and took all of the bolts to the housing off except two that bump up against the center section. What do i do next? I sprayed penetrating fluid [pb blaster] around the seal but what else do i need to do? TIA

I just slowly and equally backed out those 2 bolts alternating between them. When the bolt heads butt up against the center section, it'll push the turbine housing off. When I was doing this, I was using my other hand to spin the compressor wheel (which of course would spin the turbine wheel). I wanted to make sure the turbine housing was coming off straight. As long as the wheel would spin freely, I know I was good. If the wheel starts to bind up, you know the housing is getting cocked. Retighten the bolt a bit to bring it back to true and try again.
