Well the new motor is going in pretty soon and Im anxious to get it up and running. What do you all think shell go on a conservitive tune on alky 18-20* @ 20-22 lbs of boost. I dont plan on beating on it unless im at the track and Ill put a race chip in 24-26* on 110 at 25-26 lbs.

Well anyways heres the combo:

Built trans with brake
9/11 Converter 3000 stall
TE-60 turbo
Reds Pump
3 In DP
ATR headers
3 " dual exhaust
Hot wired
FP reg
Large T/B (cant remember size)
Ported Intake
GN 1's (cleaned up)
Bored .030 over
Diamond Pistions
Big Roller Cam (Cant rember how big but its big)
Caps
Girdle
55 inj. to start but will get 75lbrs in the near future.

Those are the basic mods however there may be a few things im leaving out but those are the main things. The motor is BUILT!

Im just looking to get some ideas of what a conservitve toon would run. My car is 95% street driven. Anyone with a similar combo let me know what your running. My best time with out the new motor mods were 12 o's @ 114 with out locking the converter.

TE-60, 30psi, 116octane, slicks, good launch......118MPH, maybe 124 with a lockup converter......low 11s.

winter time bench racing sucks!
 
Come on, no head work....and only 21psi boost? I almost can't believe that!
 
21 lbs of boost, I only hope I get low elevens with 21 lbs of boost and my lil TE-60. I think the turbo will be my bottleneck but cant afford to upgrade the turbo and up the stall this year. Itll have to wait a lil while. Thats moving though 172 mph a 21 psi

Well, Malibuick bought a 206/206 hyd roller from me and picked up about 4mph at less boost with no other change. I think he was running a 218/218 flat tappet prior.....You didn't state what type of intercooler you were running. The Malibuick had a front mount and an Electromotive fuel management system on it.
 
Why cant you go tens on GN1 heads out of the box.They flow better than ported iron heads and guys are running nines on those.

Thats my combo you can believe it or not.The car wouldnt run any more kept lifting the heads.
 
Bring it up to Mid Michigan Motorplex this spring and we'll find out. :)
So far I've went 11.4x@119 with about 25lbs on a lot less motor than you've got, so.....
I also say forget the 110 and turn up the alky. Keep it on pump gas!

Whos alchy kit you running? Im running the SMC kit with the Maxeffort 16 pos thumbwheel and a Cas V4 I/C
 
I'm running one of razor's kits, but NOCOOLER runs an SMC kit up at MMM also, and he's going 118MPH.
