When I ran some 235s on a stock turbo car, I just cleaned them off a bit, maybe some light smoke. For myself, I didn't think they needed much of a burnout since they are a really soft compound, and consider that they wear out quick anyway. I only ran those a few times and they went 1.71 to 1.82 on a 5 lb launch, 22 pound air pressure, running 7.9s, stock suspension with air bags. But the stock turbo car would not overpower them.
I run 275/60s BFGs now on a modded car, and follow the same plan, not a real big burnout. Only ran them once and they did a 1.78 on a 5 lb launch, with 22 lb air pressure, and wouldn't handle any more boost at launch. On the same track that night, the 28x10.5 slicks went 1.62 as a comparison, and I was running 18 lb boost. This car has boxed uppers, lowers and ATR bar.
You could start with 22 lb air pressure and work down to 18 and see if that works....lots of variables, track conditions, weather, suspension, etc. HTH
