How long does it take????

I ordered a TE-44 from a well known vendor and i have not received it yet.
My credit card was billed on Feb. 2. Should it be taking that long?

When i placed my order the vendor said "we will call you in about a week to let you know when it will be shipped".
Well they never called so i called them last Thursday Feb. 25 and the same person told me it should ship in a couple of days, it has been 6 business days since then.

Called the vendor back just minutes ago, she said they tried to get ahold of me last week to see if i needed an actuator and they didn't want to ship it until they spoke to me. I have an answering machine they could have left a message on but they didn't.
I told her i didn't need one and she said it should ship today.
We'll see.
