Read the rest of my post. It was obviously a joke. At least I thought it was obvious.

Ive never lifted weights other than just out of curiosity a few times back in high school. I learned I could dead lift ~450lbs but I never could bench worth a crap. I never could figure that out as I looked like a wuss when benching but could walk over to the dead lift area and snatch up just about as much weight as you could fit on the bar   .

Being 35yrs old and a pack a day smoker I can only manage a complete/wet 700R4 trans or SBC/4.3 short block now (just barely) but I did carry a drum to drum 12 bolt rear across the yard to load it into a buds pick up the other day (and it bout killed me ;) ). I tried to pick up the rear diff out of my dually a few months ago but I couldnt budge it so Im guessing it weighs quite a bit (or Im getting too old/fat).

Nice thread going here..
Been back working out for about 11 months or so here, and started on deadlifting about 8-9 months ago. As of now I am 5"10
160-165 lbs (last i weighed myself)and my max deadlift is 370 for 1 rep after a good stretch and warmup set. This is my absolute favorite workout, I look forward to it every week. I set myself a goal of 405 when I first started deadlifting, and it is coming up soon. Hopefully within 6 months or less. As Arnie says "A mans strength is in his back" or Franco "I use my back to destroy my opponent" :)
