How much propane regulator pressure?

How much pressure are propane regulators normally set at? The reason I ask is I have some really really nice medical oxygen regulators and tanks. Most of them are rated to a max flow of 8-15 liters per min and I just dont know if that would be enough.

And I think I could even fill these bottles myself...not that I would do that or anything...

i think you need at least 80 pounds , but the higher the better.
